- Movement and Marching Clinics begin in January for the next season! This is your first chance to prepare for high school band. If you are worried about what high school band is like, attending these training camps will help you get a better idea of what to expect!
- The Show Reveal is your first look in to the 2022 season. This is scheduled for February 23rd at 6:30pm in the PHS Cafe. You won't want to miss it!
- The Band 101 meeting happens in late April. This is your chance to ask any and every question you may have!
- Band Registration is in May and is where you will submit all of your forms, payment, and receive you Spirit Wear package!
- May Band Camp happens at the end of May/early June. Exact times and locations will be given out in the new year.
- At the end of the school year, parents will be able to set up their child(ren)'s account in Charms, our band management system. Charms is where all the private band information lives (e.g., calendar, personal account info, forms, payment portals, etc.). Charms is where you download important forms, and set up your contact information (text/email). Having accurate Charms information is key to being successful in high school band!
- Summer Band traditionally starts the last week of July. Summer Band will last in various schedules until the day before school starts. Get your water jug, high quality athletic shoes, hat and cool summer clothing and get ready to be a part of the The Mighty Eagle Band. Detailed information will be distributed about Summer Band as dates get closer.
- No rehearsal on the first day of school. After-school rehearsals will begin on the second day of school. Details will be sent out through charms, email and on the calendar located on www.prosperband.com.
